sexyrandalthepharohwizard replied to your post: I need tattoo suggestions.
What tats do you have?
I only have one right now.

It’s the logo for the Nerdist Podcast.
(P.s. That picture was taken only a few hours after I got the tattoo, which is why it looks kind of weird around the edges of it.)
MAH FRAVRIT PERDKERST!!!!
I’m pretty sure this is what people hear when I talk to them about Doctor Who/Buffy/Firefly/MST3K/Star Trek/Nerdist/Podcasts/pretty much anything.
We need to plan a meet-up (or Tweet-up, or Tumbl-up) in Toronto.
I hope to do it either on the days of the podcast tapings (September 27th & 28th) or on the days preceding (September 25th & 26th).
I really want there to be a day of bowling, and maybe an evening of drinks and karaoke.
(Hopefully word will spread to the Nerdist crew, and they show up)
If you are interested in this, either leave me a message here, or contact me through twitter (@CoulterX).
I also wouldn’t mind some input and ideas.

But not Matt. It’s nothing against Matt Mira (he’s one of my favourite people in the world) or anyone else named Matt. It’s just, I went to school with a few Mathews, and they all left bad impressions.
People (mostly co-workers) have been asking me if it has been hard to hide my tattoo from my parents (I still haven’t told them about it) because it is on my forearm. I tell them that I wear long sleeve shirts/Hoodies 90% of the time.
Their next question is usually “How are people going to see it if you keep it covered up?”. Well, quite frankly, I didn’t get it to show it off to other people. I got it because it means a lot to me, and because it represents something that helped me get through a particularly bad time of my life.
I’ve never done anything to be “cooler” or to show off in the past, so why would I start now. If nobody ever sees my tattoo, it wouldn’t make any difference to me, because whenever I look at it, it reminds me to forget the past, work towards the future, and be grateful for what I have now.
There better be a new Nerdist episode.
(Because there wasn’t one yesterday)
